The following colleges and universities in the list below have active transfer agreements for BC3 students and graduates:

PA Statewide Transfer Agreements

Students who complete an associate degree from BC3 in one of the following programs can transfer to any of the PA State System of Higher Education (PASSHE) universities  or another qualifying institution with junior-level standing:

Business and Information Technology
Education and Behavioral Science
Liberal Arts
STEM

Western Pennsylvania State System of Higher Education (PASSHE) Schools:

Penn State Commonwealth Campuses Transfer Agreements

BC3 has signed an agreement with the Penn State Commonwealth Campuses to provide a pathway for students who have successfully completed a transfer associate degree program at the community college to a parallel baccalaureate degree program at PSU.

Students who complete an Associate in Arts, Associate in Science, or Associate in Applied Science transfer degree program, are in good standing, and have a minimum grade-point average of 2.00 are guaranteed admission to Penn State. **Criteria for transfer admission to academic programs may also include successful completion of specific course requirements.
