What Is BC3 EZ Refund?
BC3 EZ Refund is the college’s direct deposit program for tuition and financial aid refunds. It’s the fastest and most secure way to receive your refund—no mail delays, no lost checks, and no trips to the bank.
Why Enroll?
- Fast – Refunds are deposited directly into your bank account.
- Secure – Your information is safely encrypted.
- Reliable – No risk of lost or stolen checks.
- Easy – Sign up in just a few minutes through your myBC3 portal.
How to Set Up Your Refund Account
- A checking or savings account number
- Your bank’s routing number
- A personal email address
- Access to your myBC3 portal
- Log into myBC3.
- Under Tuition, Fees & Payment, click EZ-Refunds.
- Select Refund Account Setup.
- Enroll in Two-Step Verification (required for security):
- Add a Primary Passcode Method
- Optional: Add a Backup Method (recommended)
- Choose an existing bank account or set up a new one:
- Enter your routing and account number
- Do NOT enter a debit card number
- Name your refund method (e.g., “My Checking”)
- Agree to the terms and click Continue
- A confirmation page will appear. If not, double-check that you clicked “I Agree”
Note: You can manage alerts (email or text) under My Profile > Personal Profile.
Credit Card Refunds
If your original payment was made by credit or debit card, your refund will be sent back to that card.
