Course Content Issues

  • Copy/paste into a plain text editor first (like Notepad).
  • Or save your Word doc as .rtf or .txt before pasting.

Your browser may have blocked it. Check for a pop-up blocker message at the top.

  • Clear cache, cookies, and history.
  • If it keeps happening, send the error code/screenshot and description to the Help Desk.

Tests & Quizzes

  • Contact your instructor (the Help Desk cannot reset tests).
  • Log out and back into Blackboard before retaking.

  • Use a wired internet connection.
  • Don’t refresh, close, or hit the browser back button.
