Penn Highlands Partnership

Penn Highlands Healthcare and BC3 @ Brockway have joined together to establish an initiative focused on Registered Nurses. Penn Highlands Healthcare will also offer a Tuition Sponsorship Opportunity with the BC3 @ Brockway location!

How it Works:

1. Enroll in the Nursing Program at BC3 @ Brockway*
2. Once accepted into the Nursing Program, a member of the Penn Highlands Healthcare Nurse Recruitment team will reach out to discuss the Tuition Sponsorship opportunity. 
3. You will then interview with members of Penn Highlands Healthcare Nursing Leadership and the Nurse Recruitment Team. 
4. Sponsorships will require a 3-year post-graduation commitment of employment as an RN at one of our Penn Highland Healthcare facilities.
