Erin Cioffi, Assistant Director of High School ProgrammingI began my journey at BC3 as a student in 1995, and I doubt that I would have furthered my education had I not began at BC3; it truly was my Smart Place to Start!  I then transferred to La Roche College where I earned my Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education.  After graduating from La Roche, I began my career and during this time, decided to attend Carlow University where I earned my Master of Science Degree in Professional Leadership – Training and Development.  This is when I discovered my passion for helping others overcome boundaries and achieve their goals. My journey came full circle and I started working at the College in 2014 as part of the BC3 Education Foundation, Inc. and in August 2016, I joined the Admissions Team as the Assistant Director of High School Programming working with students in the College Within the High School and College Pathways programs. I am so happy to be a part of the BC3 Team, and I look forward to working with you! Feel free to reach out to me at erin.cioffi@bc3.edu.
