This program is FREE to qualified participants. Earn a certificate in Basic Health Care Employment Skills. Learn the basic skills needed for entry-level employment in the health care field or prepare to enroll in a certified training program related to health care. Students will have the opportunity to earn certifications in CPR, AED and First Aid as well as HIPPA.

Gold Certified Personal Trainer Course

Included: Test vouchers for the NCCA Accreditation national exams are included and a must for employers. Practical skill review and exam at Anytime Fitness, Butler, PA within week following end of online course. Written national exam at BC3 Main Campus on August 3. Passing the national exams earns a Level I Certified Personal Trainer credential. Level I Credential plus included 30-hr internship earns Level II Certified Personal Trainer credential.
Course Prerequisite(s: In order to take the written and practical exams, you must be at least 18 years of age and have a High School diploma or equivalent. A valid CPR/AED card is required No LATER than 60 days after the national certification exams. The CPR/AED must be obtained through live presentation.
This introductory, online noncredit program offers a nationally-recognized, licensed curriculum. Whether you’ve already started developing an idea or exploring new ideas, this program will give you the tools and support to move forward.
Develop or enhance the skills necessary to for employment in HR management or promotion in existing employment to a supervisory level. Topics address the total employee life cycle from recruitment to termination. Take classes to complete the certificate or enroll in a specific class. This certificate is recognized by SHRM (Society for Human Resource Management) and stackable into BC3’s Human Resource Management, A.A.S.
Lifestyle Wellness Coaching Course

Self-paced online-mentored class to help develop the personal skills to lead clients, while opening new revenue streams outside of just exercise training sessions
- Learn how to provide clients with personal awareness techniques that will create new possibilities and help them overcome previous limitations.
- Includes 12 hours of video instruction, drills and testing.
- Video lessons will teach the skills of successful coaching and allow to practice and build confidence in coaching relationships as a lifestyle wellness coach.

Designed to develop entry-level skills to start a manufacturing career. Learn to read blueprints and use a variety of measuring instruments and basic shop equipment. Earn both NIMS and NTMA credentials. This certificate is offered in partnership with Penn United Technologies, Inc.
Earn certifications to provide basic nursing care under the supervision of a licensed nurse.
Personal Care Homes provide lodging, food, and support services for people who are elderly or have mental or physical disabilities. Residents need help with dressing, eating, taking medications, mobility, and finances. To complete this certificate, students must pass the free competency test.
The Quality Inspector needs a unique set of skills in order to assist their company in producing a good quality product in an efficient manner. This course will provide students with the knowledge and foundation to grasp the principles of quality control inspection, the basic theories and methods of performing quality inspections and documenting the results.

Starting in 2020, the Pennsylvania Food Code requires that the person in charge (PIC) of a food service operation be a Certified Food Protection Manger. That person must be onsite at all times during operating hours. To receive and maintain certification, individuals are required to pass a certification exam every five (5) years. Passing the ServSafe® Food Protection Manager Certification Examination with a 75% or higher meets this requirement.
Includes one-hour free review with certified instructor and proctored exam.

This state-approved seminar fulfills the mandatory education provision for new Pennsylvania notaries. Topics include notary public law, notarial seal and register, the seven notarial powers, and more. Offered through a partnership with the PA Association of Notaries.

Real Estate agents are required to complete continuing education hours to renew or reactivate their license. Our classes are approved by the PA State Real Estate Commission and fulfill the 14-hour requirement during each 2-year licensing period.
