Message addresses civic leadership, involvement

YWCA Butler chose Dr. Belinda Richardson as its keynote speaker for an event honoring the legacy of civic engagement from the late Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. BC3’s vice president for academic affairs encouraged community members to become civic leaders and more involved in YWCA’s mission to eliminate racism and to empower women.
