Idea can help workers displaced by pandemic

BC3’s Workforce Development division created online programs geared to aid manufacturers -- and workers displaced as a result of COVID-19. The noncredit business and industrial safety training programs were established in partnership with a Cleveland organization and could benefit an industry that employs 40,000 across eight western Pennsylvania counties.
