College plans address knowns, unknowns

After immediately suspending face-to-face instruction March 11 with regard to COVID-19 and restricting campus access to critical-essential employees only, BC3 introduced yellow and green phase plans in June and July, respectively, and a move to a modified yellow phase plan in November. Each was in response to Gov. Tom Wolf announcements. BC3’s Health and Safety Plan for Fall 2020, adopted in August, has been referenced as a model by commonwealth officials.
