Earthmovers claw at landscape in first phase

Tons upon tons of soil and fragmented sandstone have been dug, scraped and shoved across a southern tract of BC3’s main campus in the first of a two-phase project that will culminate with the state-of-the-art Victor K. Phillips Nursing and Allied Health Building on a nearby site.
