College’s adult literacy program guides futures

BC3’s free program helped a 32-year-old mother of five in Butler County, a 32-year-old jobless father of three in Lawrence County, and a 44-year-old mother of three at-home children who studied in Mercer County to earn a high school equivalency diploma and, a BC3 administrator said, “start seeing possibilities.”
