Community Partnership teams with BC3
BC3 and Community Partnership launched a program intended to remove social and educational barriers to enterprise development for low- to moderate-income individuals and families. The online CO.STARTERS Entrepreneurship Certificate program offers participants an opportunity to pursue their business ideas.
