Award recognizes “life-saving” curriculum
The Pennsylvania Fish and Boat Commission presented Chris Calhoun, a BC3 parks and recreation management professor, with an outstanding service award that recognizes his expertise in helping to author the agency’s water-rescue programs. Calhoun is “not only an asset for his county,” the agency’s boating and watercraft safety manager said, “but for the state and nation.”
