BC3 joins “investment” in community
The Riv-Ell Entrepreneurship Program, created by BC3, the Community College of Beaver County, the Ellwood City Area Chamber of Commerce and Ellwood City area businesses, enables seniors at Lincoln and Riverside high schools to earn 16 tuition-free college credits and, a business owner said, represents an “unprecedented effort of collaboration.”
