2018

Year In Review

Welcome

There’s a million reasons – and then some – why 2018 may rank first among all of BC3’s 53 remarkable years.

We established our first presence in the city of Butler.

Our first program to combat opioid addiction in the community.

Our first registered nursing program at an additional location.

We were ranked first among 42 regional colleges and universities in salary-to-cost ratio and in affordability.

And we created our first school – The Shaffer School of Nursing and Allied Health – following a $1 million donation from former state Senator Tim Shaffer.

All while being ranked first among Pennsylvania’s community colleges in back-to-back surveys by Schools.com.

Among the million reasons are our academic accomplishments, achievements of our leaders, proud partnerships and successes of our students, staff, athletes and alumni.
