Two BC3 administrators lobby U.S. reps
Dr. Nick Neupauer, president of BC3, and Ruth Purcell, executive director of the BC3 Education Foundation, lobbied members of the 115th Congress at the 2017 Association of Community College Trustees summit. Advocacy for at least one the issues – the year-round Pell grant – proved to be a success.
