International Business Skills

In today’s world of increasing globalization and multicultural work environments, do you have the global knowledge and experience to make the most of it?

Program Certificate Description

Cultural differences in how people work and communicate can create barriers and result in misunderstandings that are not only detrimental for the individual employee but can jeopardize company business goals and interests.  Understanding the nature and power of culture and how it can influence the ways we behave and communicate is the key to effectively working or doing business across cultures.
These courses will provide practical guidelines, techniques and strategies for building knowledge and skills to leverage cultural differences and maximize success when interacting with international customers, colleagues and business associates from diverse cultural backgrounds.

International Business Skills

These courses are designed to educate and train individuals who want to gain knowledge to work in our global economy. This certificate can be completed in two semesters or classes can be taken individually.
