Park & Recreation Management

About PRM

Established in 1967, the Park & Recreation Management (PRM) Program at Butler County Community College is the only two-year Associate Degree program of its kind in Pennsylvania. Since its early beginnings, the program has provided state-of-the-art training and education for students wanting to obtain employment in the field.

PRM Programs

The PRM program offers two choices for a student who is interested in the Parks and Recreation field. The first and most comprehensive is the General Option. The second is more specific in its focus, Law Enforcement. Both are two-year programs leading to the Associate in Applied Science Degree.
