BC3 Scholarships Are Available to All Students and Majors!

 

The BC3 Education Foundation awards over $150,000 a year in scholarships to BC3 students.

  • The Scholarship application is now open from April 15 - July 1, 2013
  • Complete one online application to be considered for 85 Scholarship Awards!

Before You Get Started

For need-based scholarships, you are required to file the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) prior to submitting your scholarship application. Go to www.fafsa.ed.gov. For academic scholarships, in the event of multiple candidates having comparable GPAs, preference will be given to those who have completed the FAFSA form and have a greater financial need.

 

Get Started

  1. Apply to BC3. BC3 Admissions web page
  2. Complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) (do not include a copy) if you would like to be considered for the need based scholarships.
  3. Register for Fall 2013 Classes. You must be registered for Fall 2013 classes before you complete the scholarship application. Registration Information
  4. If you currently attend or have attended a college or university other than BC3, a copy of your official transcripts must be received by the BC3 Education Foundation by July 1, 2013. Mailing Address: BC3 Foundation, P.O. Box 1203, Butler PA, 16003.
  5. If you have no previous college credits, your final high school transcript must be received by the BC3 Education Foundation office by July 1, 2013. Mailing Address: BC3 Education Foundation, P.O. Box 1203, Butler PA, 16003.
  6. Complete the online scholarship application before July 1, 2013.

 

Please Note:
The Butler County Guaranty Scholarship and the Ellwood City Wolves Club Scholarship will be selected from sophomore applications received by June 1, 2013.

 

All applications become property of BC3, which reserves the right to use the recipient’s name in promotional literature. All financial and academic material will be kept confidential. Applicants will be notified of determination via email by August 1, 2013. Scholarship awards will be applied to recipient’s tuition and fees unless otherwise noted.
