Pattie Bajuszik, Director of Admissions

I have been employed at BC3 since 1992 and have served as a tutor, Tutoring Coordinator, and Coordinator for the College Within the High School. I shifted to Admissions in 1998 and became Director in 2004. I have a BA from Pitt and a MS from Carlow. My husband Joe and I have three children and five grandkids. Daughter Julie took summer classes here while pursuing a degree in Chemical Engineering from Penn State and both our sons are Butler County Community College graduates. Andy then received Bachelors in Business Management from SRU and Brady achieved a degree in Education from Clarion. We firmly believe in the value of BC3 to our community and provide two scholarships through the BC3 Foundation: one for a Knoch graduate and one for a Mars grad that honors Joe's parents. Additionally, Andy and Brady sponsor the Bajuszik Brothers Scholarship for Knoch High School graduates.

Sean Carroll, Associate Director of Admissions

I began in the Admissions Office in August of 2004 after over four years in Student Life/Athletics. As part of my duties in Admissions, I evaluate all applicants to the selective programs of PTA, Massage Therapy, Paramedic, and Medical Assisting. I am also an adjunct faculty member in the Humanities and Social Sciences Division. Prior to BC3, I worked for the University of Connecticut Athletic Department as well as the Harrisburg Senators Baseball Club. I received my B.A. from Geneva College in 1995 and M.A. from the University of Connecticut in 1997.

Morgan Rizzardi, Assistant Director of Admissions

I just started as the Assistant Director of Admissions in May 2011 and am excited for my new journey in the field of higher education. Prior to this position, I was the KEYS Student Facilitator and Program Facilitator at BC3. I have also been a professional tutor for the Academic Center for Enrichment and currently am one of the co-advisors (and honorary member) of Phi Theta Kappa International Honor Society. I hold a Master of Arts in Student Affairs in Higher Education from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania. Education has always been my passion and I hope that I can help you see that BC3 is truly the "Smart Place to Start". I look forward to meeting with you!

Marcia Ringeisen, Admissions Office Secretary

I have worked at a variety of jobs through the years all with a customer service background. I joined the BC3 family three years ago in the Academic Center for Enrichment and have worked in the Admissions Office for the last two years. I am currently pursuing my Associate's Degree at BC3.

Tracey Brockman, Admissions Office Secretary

After several years in Retail, I decided it was time for a change. I started at BC3 three and a half years ago, after attending the New Choices/New Options program. I worked in the Office of Records and Registration for two and a half years and have been in the Admissions Office for one year.
