Directions To Lawrence County Centers
There are four different locations in Lawrence County to choose from. Check your class schedule to make sure you are going to the right location.
BC3 @ Lawrence Crossing
2849 West State Street, New Castle
Directions from Butler
Follow RT 422 W. Merge onto 422 W toward Sharon/Youngstown. Merge onto RT 224 W toward Poland. You will pass Super Wal-Mart on your left, Bob Evans on your right. Continue to the intersection of RT 224 W and W. Washington St. Make left onto W. Washington St. and Right onto the property.
Directions from Pittsburgh and south
Follow PA Turnpike West towards Youngstown. Take Exit 10 for PA 60 N (toll road) toward New Castle. Merge onto 60 N (toll road) and follow approximately 11 miles. Merge onto 422 W/60 N toward Sharon/Youngstown. Merge onto 224 W toward Poland. You will pass Super Wal-Mart on your left, Bob Evans on your right. Continue to the intersection of RT 224 W and W. Washington St. Make left onto W. Washington St. and Right onto the property.
Directions from Sharon and North
Follow RT 60 S toward New Castle for approximately 18 miles. Merge onto Rt. 224 W toward Poland. Follow approximately 1.3 miles to the intersection of RT 224 W and W. Washington St. Make left onto W. Washington St. and Right onto the property.
Directions from Youngstown and West
Take RT 224E towards New Castle approximately 12 miles. Make Right at intersection of W. Washington St. and RT 224 E. Make Right onto property.

Lawrence County Learning Center
131 Columbus Inner Belt, New Castle, PA 16101
Follow Route 422 West towards New Castle. Stay on Route 422 West. Go straight through the second light. Do not turn. Proceed to the fourth light (A+ Mini Mart is on your right), turn right and follow 65 North through downtown New Castle. Continue around Kennedy Square (center of town), YMCA is on your right, Burger King on your left, at the light at Eat-n-Park, turn right onto Columbus Inner belt, stay in the left lane, and turn left behind the Chamber of Commerce (train station). Follow the driveway around to our parking lot.

750 Phelps Way, New Castle, PA 16101
Follow Route 422 West towards New Castle. Stay on Route 422 West to the second red light. Turn left at the light onto Cascade Street (BP is on the left). Follow Cascade Street to the end. At that stop sign on Cascade Street turn right and then a quick left onto Frank Avenue. Go straight on Frank Avenue to the second stop sign. Turn left onto Jackson Avenue. Go to the end of Jackson Avenue (1 block). The Lawrence County Career & Technical Center is straight ahead.

From Areas North
Follow Rt. 60 South to the Mitchell Road Exit. Exit here. - Follow Mitchell Road. About ¼ of a mile, you will come to a light and the intersection of Rt. 18. - Continue on Mitchell Road across Rt. 18 for about 1/2 of a mile. - Neshannock High School is on the left.
From Areas South & East
Follow 79 to Rt. 422 West to the Sharon/Youngstown Exit. - This will be Rt. 60 North. - Follow for about 8 miles to the Mitchell Road Exit. Exit here. - At the end of the exit ramp, make a right onto Mitchell Road. - Follow Mitchell Road. About one quarter of a mile, you will come to a light and the intersection of Rt. 18. - Continue on Mitchell Road across Rt. 18 for about one half of a mile. - Neshannock High School is on the left.
