To Apply Online:
To apply online as a credit or Lifelong Learning student, click "Application for Admission" under the login box below. There is a $25 non-refundable application fee for credit students only.
At the end of the application process, you will receive a student I.D. and password to register for classes and access the Student Portal.
To Apply By Mail:
Credit Students - to apply by mail, download, print, and complete the paper application and mail to the Admissions Office, Butler County Community College, P.O. Box 1236, Butler, PA 16003-1236 or call 724-287-8711, ext. 8346 for more information.

To access the Student Portal, you must have Windows 2000/XP or higher, Internet Explorer 6.0 or higher, and/or a 128 bit encryption.
To Add A Course:
Credit students cannot add certain Math and English classes until they take the placement tests.

Lifelong Learning students should call the Continuing Education Office at 724-287-8711, ext. 8246 to drop a course or be added to a waiting list.
Academic Planner:
The Academic Planner allows you to check your current academic progress. It lists completed classes and classes needed for your current major. If you are considering changing your major, you can also view classes completed and needed for a different major.
If you have recently taken a Lifelong Learning class, your "Last Enrollment" or "Major" may not be listed correctly. If you want to change to your current credit major or view a planner with another major:
To Pay Tuition Online:
BC3 accepts Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. Credit cards are securely processed online through Verisign Payflow.
*Credit students must pay tuition in full by the deadline or courses will be automatically dropped. Any courses added after the deadline must be paid at the time of registration. See "Deadlines" for exact dates. *Lifelong Learning students must pay for courses at the time of registration.
To pay by check, mail your payment to Butler County Community College, P.O. Box 1236, Butler, PA 16003-1236. Please include your student I.D. To pay in person, call for locations and directions. Refund Policy:
Please visit the Records and Registration Office to withdraw. Admission and Graduation fees are non-refundable. Financial aid receipts are refunded according to federal and/or state regulations.
